Board Members

The board of directors is composed of volunteers from the business community that provide experience from the various industries that they represent. Board members serve up to 10 year terms and meet monthly to provide direction on LEDO efforts.

Ben Dispennett

Ben is a Warren County native who was raised near Pine Village, IN. After graduating Purdue University, he managed a small business in Warren County before beginning a career at Purdue University. There he helped manage operations, business process improvement, and strategic planning. He currently lives near Williamsport and has 3 children in MSD of Warren County school district.

Dan Duchemin

Dan is from Sheridan, IN. He attended Sheridan High School and graduated from Indiana University in 2003. He is the Manager at Pine Village Service Center. Dan and his wife, Megan reside in Pine Village with their three children.

Vice President

Kaity Eberhart

Kaity is the Director of Retail Operations at Farm Credit Med-America. She is a 2007 graduate of Purdue University and earned her MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2010. An Indiana native, she resides in Pine Village with her husband and family.

Treasure

John Comer

John is a Warren County native growing up on a farm just a few miles south of Pine Village. He attended Pine Village School from 1 st thru 11 th grade and was in the first graduating class from Seeger after the consolidation. He graduated from ISU in 1979 where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences. He completed his Master’s degree at Purdue in 1989. He spent his teaching career at his alma mater retiring in May of 2022. John and his wife, Jill, have one daughter.

Burt Etchison

Burt is a Warren County native who was raised in Stewart, Warren County, IN. After graduation from Purdue University, he worked in grain procurement and truck and barge traffic for Consolidated Grain and Barge in Cincinnati, OH. In 1982, he returned to Stewart to operate the Stewart Grain Co., a locally-owned grain elevator since 1922. Burt also operates the Bee Line Railroad, serving Warren County’s agricultural producers. Burt lives in Stewart with his wife Suzi.

Steve Eberly

Steve and wife Jean reside on the family Hoosier Homestead 100 year livestock farm near Pine Village. Two children and our three grandchildren live nearby. In 2019 Steve founded Hoosiers for Renewables, a state wide organization focused upon programming and grass roots outreach to promote renewable energy. Its primary focus is utility scale solar and wind projects. From 2008-2018 Steve served as Director of Economic Development for Warren County, Indiana and past co-founder and president for the Greater Lafayette 9-county economic development region. Steve has provided over 35 years of public service to Warren County, Indiana in local government and culminated with three terms as county commissioner. Concurrent to the local public service, served on senior staff for the Purdue University Housing and Food Services division.

Jane Craigin

Jane was raised in Warren County near Rainsville, In. She graduated from Purdue University and St. Elizabeth School of Nursing and obtained a Master’s degree in Hospital Health Administration. Jane specialized in emergency medicine along with various nursing leadership roles. She later became the CEO of St. Vincent Williamsport Hospital. In this position she led a merger between a community hospital and a large healthcare system St. Vincent and many other strategic operations such as hospital-based EMS system, building of primary care clinics and Hospital building renovation. Recruiting of Primary care and Sub specialty physicians. She lives in the Pine Village area and has 2 grown sons in the area.
